Beer is highly sensitive to light. Ultraviolet and visible blue light break down hop-derived compounds and produce the off-flavor known as lightstruck or "skunked" beer. Bottle color is therefore a shelf-life decision, not only a branding one.
Our standard beer bottles use crown cap finishes, the closure system used across commercial brewing worldwide. Crown caps deliver the pressure retention carbonated beer requires and run on standard high-speed capping lines, so no special filling equipment is needed. Many buyers arrive assuming that a branded bottle requires a custom mold. In most cases it does not. A custom mold carries a 200,000-piece minimum — a commitment that only makes sense for brands already moving that volume consistently. For everyone else, a stock mold with custom screen printing achieves a fully branded bottle at 2,000 pieces, roughly one percent of the custom-mold commitment, and reaches your warehouse months sooner.
Screen printing applies your logo and artwork directly onto the glass surface, where it is then fired on for durability. Unlike paper labels, printed decoration will not peel in ice buckets, wet coolers, or condensation, which is why many craft brands prefer it.
Because screen printing runs on our existing stock bottles, it carries the same low 2,000-piece minimum. Sampling takes 7 days and production runs 15 days after artwork approval — a far shorter path to shelf than any custom-mold program.

Carton quantities and container loading volumes depend on the specific bottle: a 250ml bottle and a 1000ml bottle differ substantially in both carton configuration and pallet pattern. Once you have selected a mold, we provide exact carton counts, pallet layouts, and 20ft and 40HQ loading quantities so you can calculate landed cost accurately before placing your order.
